The conveying control device is an important part of the pallet transfer system. It is used to control the stopping, passing and separation of pallets to achieve automatic and flexible control of the pallet transfer process.
Pneumatic Stop
Used to stop and release a pallet at a specified position on a conveyor line.Multiple pallets can be accumulated and distributed.
Directly installed on the conveyor line body. No reverse operation allowed.
Pneumatic Damping Stop
One or more accumulated pallets in the conveyor line can be smoothly cushioned and stopped in a specified position.
Directly installed on the conveyor line body. No reverse operation allowed.
Single Acting Pneumatic Damper
Used to reduce the impact force when a pallet is moved into or out of the main conveyor line.
When used alone, the pallet can only run in one direction.
Directly installed at the end of a conveying line or on the Lift and Transverse unit. No reverse operation allowed.
Double Acting Pneumatic Damper
Used to reduce the impact force when a pallet is moved into or out of the main conveyor line.
When used alone, it allows the pallet to run in both directions.
Directly installed on the conveyor line or on the Lift and Transverse unit. No reverse operation allowed.
Return Stop
Used to prevent the rebound caused by the pallet being stopped by an undamped pneumatic stop.
